Our facility located in Camp Hill holds API Spec Q1 and ISO 9001:2015 certifications for its quality management system, accredited by the American Petroleum Institute (API). This certification highlights our proficiency and expertise in hydraulic cylinder repair, rebuilding, machining, laser cladding, hard chrome plating, welding and component remanufacturing.
Custom Fabrication Services
CB HYMAC offers a wide range of custom fabrication services, from metal components to hydraulic hoses and fittings. Our team, committed to precision and reliability, expertly crafts cylinders and hydraulic hoses to exact specifications, using state-of-the-art CAD software to guarantee accuracy.
Advanced laser clad welding services utilize a fully integrated laser and robotic system - to deliver precise results. With dual CNC programmable control and an 11-axis robotic welder, we can handle the most complex projects. Capabilities include honing, reconditioning, and boring services up to 48 inches. With a machining capacity of 11 feet in width and seven feet in height, we handle projects of any scale.

A team of skilled and certified welders, with extensive experience and advanced computer-controlled burning tables, expertly cut carbon steel plates up to 12 inches thick, ensuring equipment receives the precise attention it deserves.
Complete Welding, Fabrication, and Assembly Services
At our Blawnox, PA facility, every work station has access to two 20-ton overhead bridge cranes, each with a 10-ton auxiliary crane, ensuring reliable and efficient handling of your projects.
If needed, Cleveland Brothers has dependable heavy-duty flatbed boom trucks available to meet your transportation needs.
Specialized services include: welding, fabrication and assembling work tools, and mechanical and hydraulic components, including complete systems. In-shop match-marking and pre-assembly are performed prior to shipping. With 175 field service trucks, we provide unmatched field technician availability.
